I Want to Go Back to Pasadena!

Pasadena is filled with tree-lined streets, fancy houses, and most importantly the Kidspace kid's museum. I could enjoy this place every day! There was a climbing area that I called the "Basketball." The name comes from the type of netting they use on the outside.

You can see that I climbed all the way to the top all by myself. Underneath the "basketball" was an ant tunnel. We walked all the way downstairs to a tiny opening in the wall. Mama & Daddy told me to go ahead, so I climbed in and continued through the winding path.
Imagine my surprise when I emerged and was all the way up on the next floor!

The next climbing area went even higher all the way to the top of a 2 story building. Uncle CB wanted to come with me for this one.
I was tired from all the climbing (not really) but I decided to appease my Mom and sit for a 60 second art project. It turned out wonderfully and is currently on display at Daddy's office.

I got to drive a "monster truck"
and took a few minutes to appreciate the scientific exhibits including a hive of live bees an earthquake kit
and a giant radio. Then we went outside to see what was going on there. There were lots of neat water exhibits including a manmade rockbed stream for swimming and digging. My parents were unpreprared and forgot to pack my swim suit so I just watched all the other kids having a good time. Thanks a lot Mom & Dad (sarcasm)! I did get a little wet:

As well as getting to play with giant blocks
Climb on this metal art sculpture that looked like a tangled ball of roots. I got stuck.
So if you are ever in Pasadena look this place up. And don't forget to invite me along!
