My Daddy had a conference all the way in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that he wanted me and Mama to accompany him to. So we got in the car and drove a long long way. Since it was such a long drive we decided to stop on the way in Cinncinati, Ohio where it just so happened the Cardinals were playing that night! So all the way there I was talking about how I wanted to go to the Cardinals game. Mom & Dad were like, "Thomas, we have to stop and eat dinner," and I was like, "No! I don't want to eat dinner - I wanna go to the baseball game!"
Then we stayed in a nice hotel downtown and in the morning we had to get back in the car again.
That was okay because I got some "Zzzzz's" before a long day out on the town.
When we finally got there Daddy went to his meetings and Mama took me to the Pittsburgh Children's Museum which was awesome.
The first thing I did when I got there was paint a picture in their art studio. Then Mom and I found a climbing area. Mom was worried about me so she decided to climb along with me.

Turns out it was a tight squeeze and she almost got stuck!
Going down a big, silver, 2-story slide.
By the time Mama and I got back to the hotel Daddy was getting done for the day also. We all went together to ride the historic incline cars to the top of Mt. Washington which looked out onto the city.

The next day, since Daddy was working again, Mama and I went to another really big science center.
I played with diggers,

and robots.

I even got to climb aboard a real WW2 submarine.

Before we left we tried out the pizza which I thought was pretty good. I ate the entire piece. Then it was time to head for home. We packed up and got back into the car yet again. This time we stopped at a hotel that didn't have baby cribs. That was okay with me though because I got to sleep on my very own queen size
bed.

And boy did I need some rest!

Hey Buddy, You sure do get to have a lot of fun, with Mommy and Daddy. That was a nice trip! Love Janet
