What do you mean what happened?

I was swinging on my belly on my swingset swings when all of the sudden I fell down face first into the dirt.  Well, big deal right?  I fall all of the time.  It was when Mama ran to get the camera and was taking my picture that I started thinking something was going on.  Then I wiped my face and YUCK - got dirt in my mouth!!  Shower time!!
