After meeting the Easter bunny I figured I'd better get down to business and color some eggs. Nate came over to help out. It was kind of confusing. Mom put out all these glasses full of colorful drinks that we wanted to taste but they wouldn't let us. Then they gave us eggs to play with. I did a spectacular job smashing the eggs. When I finished with them the shells were almost completely crumbled. I also put some stickers on them for an extra special touch.

Next came backyard egg hunting. I don't exactly understand why the eggs were scattered about everywhere and what the Easter Bunny had to do with it. Correct me if I am wrong but bunnies do not lay eggs right? And bunnies do not eat eggs either? Just what business does the Easter Bunny have with my eggs?
Oh well, many of the eggs were filled with either chocolate candy or money. Mmmm . . . chocolate for breakfast!
Then Mom made me get dressed up all snazzy with a bow tie and all. Thanks to Aunt Claire for the handmade bow tie. All the cute girls at church were complimenting me on it.

"Look over there! An egg!"

"Whoa! More eggs?!!!"

"No more pictures please."
"Great, more pictures . . ."
After a long day of hunting eggs and having my picture taken I finally got to ride on the tractor.

Sweet way to end a great day!P.S. Thanks to everyone who sent me cards and presents for Easter. You know who you are! :)
